Intelligence Planner (IPI - MISO/MILDEC) - Senior - TS/SCI - MD

Global Dimensions is seeking candidates for positions at Fort Meade, near Columbia, MD.Intelligence Planner Intelligence Plans (MISO/MILDEC):Develop, manage, and coordinate MISO/MILDEC intelligence tasking, including identifying required products, assigning responsible divisions, and managing completion timelinesIdentify, coordinate, and deconflict deadlines and overall scope of intelligence production requests and intelligence services supporting MISO/MILDECDefine, articulate, and coordinate intelligence requirements for JIPOE and other products supporting MISO/MILDEC planning; manage MISO/MILDEC intelligence inputs to Functional Support Plans (as required)Provide comprehensive intelligence policy and strategy support to task force leadership and planning staffsLead full‑spectrum MISO/MILDEC intelligence coordination with domestic and foreign partners to inform Intelligence Directorate leadership, support strategic decision‑making, and build effective intelligence and information‑sharing flowsManage intelligence portfolios of domestic and foreign partners; leverage interagency processes to establish information‑sharing agreements and enable whole‑of‑government coordinationCollect and assess partner capabilities and intelligence needs; develop and maintain partnerships that enhance analytic production and support task force MISO/MILDEC objectivesIdentify, coordinate, and deconflict partner intelligence requests for information related to MISO/MILDECIntegrate CCMDs, Service components, IC, and NSA participation as required to synchronize and deconflict MISO/MILDEC efforts across organizations. Collaborate across intelligence and defense stakeholders to synthesize a common operational picture of the task force's current MISO/MILDEC posture and develop mitigation approaches for identified shortfallsDevelop methodologies to track progress against MISO/MILDEC initiatives and policy implementation; draft and respond to MISO/MILDEC taskings and inquiries with accuracy and timelinessRequirementsRequires a security crossover (TS/SCI SAP)Desired Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 yearsDesired Education: Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agencyDemonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirementsDemonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodologyDemonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasksDemonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findingsDemonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversightDemonstrates ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic productsIn addition, the contractor shall possess at least one year of experience using analytic research tools that include, but are not limited to; Intellipedia, SharePoint, PAC, BICES, Chippewa, Stoneghost, ISpace, etc. to facilitate the release of intelligence productsGlobal Dimensions does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other reason prohibited by law in provision of employment opportunities and benefits.
