May be assigned responsibility for specific aspects of a project. Perform all essential functions and responsibilities in conjunction with the company's values and beliefs in alignment with Fisk Electric's policies so that the construction process and building are completed to the client's full satisfaction and at the Company's expected levels of safety, quality and profitability.\r\nAs an Assistant Project Manager at Fisk Electric, reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to:\r\nReview owner contract and ensures compliance\r\nAssist in the development of master project schedule and quality control program\r\nAssist with contract buyout in accordance with corporate policy within 90 days\r\nAssist with development of site specific safety program\r\nAssist with development of project specific quality program\r\nAssist with development of site logistics plan\r\nParticipate in and document punch list process\r\nCoordinate and document owner training\r\nPrepare O&M manuals and warranties\r\nAssist with managing project costs relative to budget\r\nManage schedule updates\r\nConstructively participate in project planning meetings\r\nHelp identify risks that could affect cost, schedule, or owner satisfaction\r\nAssist with preparation of monthly project status reports and executive summaries\r\nREQUIREMENTS:\r\nFour-year Construction/Engineering Degree or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience\r\nMinimum of five years' experience in construction, design, finance and management\r\n2 or more years of experience working for a commercial electrical contractor\r\nProficiency in Fisk's computer software and keyboarding necessary (Primavera, Expedition, CGC CMS, MS Word, Excel, AIA Contract Documents)\r\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\r\nAdvanced knowledge of safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, engineering drawings, and other construction documents\r\nFisk Electric builds extraordinary projects and we need exceptional talent.
