Overview
Chick-fil-A First Street is a leader in the fast-food industry known for excellent food, beverages, and hospitality. The restaurant opened in August 2012 and aims to provide a safe and supportive atmosphere that cultivates technical proficiency and interpersonal skills. This role is designed as an entry gateway into the workforce.
Responsibilities
Team Members are essential to ensuring excellent hospitality, efficient food service, restaurant cleanliness, high food quality, and adherence to food safety standards in both the restaurant and storage areas.
Typically, Team Members work an average of three to four shifts per week, with each shift lasting approximately three to five hours. Shifts and hours may vary by season and business needs.
Availability to work most Fridays and Saturdays, as well as during peak holiday seasons, is required. Chick-fil-A is closed on Sundays.
