Tube Bender

Twin City Staffing is seeking an experienced tube bender to join a growing manufacturing team on 1st or 2nd shift. This role focuses on safely and efficiently bending metal tubing while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and productivity. Location: Coon Rapids, MN Wage: $22 - $28/hr., depending on experience and shift Schedule:1st shift: 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Thursday2nd shift: 3:30 pm - 2:00 am, Monday - ThursdayBenefits of the tube bender:401(k) with matchingDental, health, and vision insuranceLife insurancePaid time offFlexible spending and health savings accountsRetirement planDuties of the tube bender:Set up and operate tube bending machines and related equipmentBend metal tubing and components to print specificationsSelect tools, dies, gauges, and fixtures needed for each jobInspect finished parts to ensure quality and tolerance requirements are metIdentify and remove non-conforming materialComplete basic production and quality documentationCommunicate with team members and support departments as needed Requirements of the tube bender:Six months or more of metal tube bending experienceAbility to read blueprints, process sheets, and measurementsExperience using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipersHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to communicate effectively in EnglishAbility to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending, reaching, and grasping throughout the shiftAbility to safely operate hoists, cart caddies, and manual pallet jacksAdditional information: Apply today!
