This hybrid role partners with cross functional IT teams to ensure reliable network and communication services, coordinate with vendors, and assist with system improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with Cisco environments, including voice systems and basic security practices. This role may require occasional after-hours support.
