Since 2014, we have supported hundreds of thousands of individuals on their recovery journey through a model that combines medication for addiction treatment (MAT), group therapy, and ongoing peer support.\n\nWe are seeking a Physician, Nurse Practitioner (FNP or APRN), or Physician Assistant to join our Member Access team, a critical role focused on engaging patients at the most pivotal point in their recovery: the first days and weeks of treatment.\n\nThis is an opportunity to practice meaningful, high-impact medicine in a collaborative, technology-enabled care model while helping remove barriers to treatment for underserved populations.\n\nThis role is fully remote within the state of Kentucky.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nAs a Member Access Provider, you will play a frontline role in initiating treatment and stabilizing patients early in their recovery journey.\n\nConduct intake evaluations and initiate MAT (primarily buprenorphine-based treatment)\nDeliver care via telemedicine across multiple markets, expanding access to treatment\nSupport patients intensively during weeks 1–4, ensuring safe and successful treatment initiation\nCollaborate with counselors, care teams, and medical leadership to transition patients into ongoing care\nProvide clinical coverage and support across provider teams as needed\nContribute to new care model innovations and service line development\n\nYou’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team that prioritizes member engagement, safety, and long-term recovery outcomes, not just visit volume.\n\nWhy This Role Stands Out\n\nPractice at the top of your license in a highly specialized addiction care model\nFocus on meaningful patient impact during the most critical phase of recovery\nDeliver care flexibly through telemedicine, with strong clinical and operational support\nBe part of a rapidly growing organization committed to addressing the opioid crisis\nHelp shape new programs and care pathways alongside medical leadership\nQualifications:\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nMD/DO, NP (FNP or APRN), or PA with an active, unrestricted license\nExperience treating OUD with buprenorphine (1+ year preferred)\nBackground in behavioral health, primary care, or addiction medicine\nComfort with telemedicine and technology-enabled care delivery\nCommitment to compassionate, recovery-oriented, patient-centered care\nWillingness to obtain additional state licenses (supported by Groups)\n\nSchedule\n\nFull time, Monday – Friday with occasional weekend or holiday rotations.\n\nOur Approach to Care\nWe believe recovery extends beyond the exam room.
