You'll feel that influence directly in the pace, the ambition, and the access you have to the people steering the work.\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\n3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience\n\n3+ years of professional software development experience building mobile applications\n\n3+ years of native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) development using modern tooling and architectural patterns — or 3+ years of production React Native (or comparable cross-platform) experience with working knowledge of the underlying native platforms\n\nHands-on experience with modern UI frameworks (SwiftUI/UIKit, Jetpack Compose, or React Native) and modern concurrency patterns (Swift Concurrency, Combine, Coroutines, async JS)\n\nSolid understanding of mobile fundamentals: app lifecycle, memory and performance, networking, persistence, and testing\n\nExperience writing and maintaining unit and UI tests, and working within a CI/CD pipeline\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field\n\nWorking knowledge of both iOS and Android platforms, or experience bridging React Native with native modules\n\nExperience adopting AI-powered development tools (AI-assisted coding, test generation, code review, debugging) in real production work\n\nExperience contributing to shared libraries, SDKs, or platform components used by other teams\n\nExperience with performance profiling and optimization on mobile devices\n\nExposure to streaming video, real-time communication (WebRTC, HLS, RTSP), or connected device protocols (Bluetooth, local network)\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nThe base salary range for this position is listed below.
