This is a programming role that includes design, development, implementation, testing, documentation, maintenance, training,and help desk support of inhouse desktop applications and mobile solutions.\nThe successful candidate will demonstrate strengths in strategic thinking, curiosity, and critical thinking. This person should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.\nStrategic Thinking: This person should aid in setting a vision for the use of technology, including identifying potential process improvement opportunities.\nCuriosity: This person should be observant and able to ask critical questions to direct conversation to promote technology and solutions which improve our processes.\nCritical Thinking: As this person gains experience within the company, they should be able to recognize and understand the impact that processes and technologies have across the organization.\nResponsibilities:\nStrategic Planning\nCollaborates with stakeholders to document and analyze functional requirements, identify gaps, provides alternative approaches to meet requirements, and ensures all deliverables adhere to approved methodology and documentation standards\nPerformance\nAssists in software development, evaluation, training, and support to meet user requirements\nCollects feedback from users on application performance, documents and addresses critical issues\nProvides input into possible solutions based on prior system knowledge and basic analytical skills\nAdministration\nDevelops and maintains accurate documentation for business processes and application configurations\nDevelop and test implementation project plans, prepare rollout communications, and training materials\nFacilitates ongoing user feedback to validate software functionality and drive continuous improvement\nDevelopment & Maintenance\nDesigns, implements, and maintains Desktop solutions using Visual Studio VB.net.\nFormulates tests and performs detailed testing to ensure that the solution functions correctly.\nDesigns, implements, and maintains Mobile Forms solutions using low-code / no-code platforms.\nRequirements:\nProgramming: Visual Studio, VB.net, Scripting, XML\nRelational MS-SQL databases: Design, Maintenance, Query, Process Flow Diagram and Data Modeling\nAdvanced Excel Skills: Power Query, Data Model, Pivot tables, Formulas, Lookups, Conditional Formatting\nAdditional Skills that would be Beneficial:\nKnowledge in low code / no code mobile form solutions: DoForms, GoFormz, Google & Microsoft Forms\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills: MS Excel VBA\nApplicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time\nMeade Benefits:\nWe are proud to provide a competitive compensation package for this role, with a base pay of $75,000-90,000K.
