Sales Specialist - Senior Living

Vitality Living, a premier organization in the senior housing industry, is seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role supports Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities across the Southeast and requires frequent travel. The ideal candidate is based in the Southeast (near a major airport), thrives in a fast-paced environment, and a heart for working with seniors and their loved ones is a must, and a tenacious leadership style will produce the best results! This position follows a 10 days on / 4 days off travel schedule. A passion for working with seniors, paired with a tenacious, results-driven leadership style, will set you up for success.Key ResponsibilitiesLeverage strong sales expertise to drive closings across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communitiesStep in as a regional sales leader to support and accelerate community performanceSupport communities through pre-sale and post-sale processesAssist communities in all aspects of increasing censusAnalyze and manage sales ratios, including inquiries, leads, tours, deposits, and move-insConduct market analysis to identify opportunities and challengesServe as an additional Sales Director for focus communities, as neededAct as Interim Sales Director during leadership transitionsProvide backup support for marketing dashboards and weekly census reportsDevelop and execute outreach strategies, building strong referral relationships with local partnersAttend and support sales and marketing events such as luncheons, VIP events, grand openings, open houses, and resident referral eventsTrain and coach inside and outside sales team members, including outreach ride-alongsSupport and enhance the Vitality Move-In ExperienceQualifications:Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) requiredMinimum of 3 years of multi-site sales management experienceAbility to travel up to 90% throughout the Southeast regionValid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insuranceStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProficient with CRM systems and operational platformsTraining and coaching experience preferredAbility to meet all state or provincial health and certification requirementsWhat We Offer:A collaborative environment where your voice is heard and your expertise is valuedA vibrant, innovative culture focused on creating meaningful experiences for residents, families, and team membersComprehensive onboarding and training programStrong, engaged corporate support teamCompetitive salaryPaid time offFull benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and moreVitality Living is an equal opportunity employer.Here, you can be yourself, be vibrant, and truly belong.Equal Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
