Field Service Engineer

Required Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required. Require Travel: Yes - more than 50%. Territory is Western Pennsylvania. Description A leading EDM machine manufacturer is seeking a Field Service Engineer . Responsibilities include: Install, service, and provide basic training on all machinery. Troubleshoot electronic and mechanical issues on-site using testing equipment such as multimeters or oscilloscopes. Travel by car or airplane to customer and dealer facilities. Handle customer complaints regarding equipment malfunctions and communicate findings to customers and internal management. Document all work thoroughly and legibly. Submit service and expense reports for reimbursement. Requirements Strong background in Electrical Engineering or industrial electronic repair experience. Experience with EDM machines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
