Interview : VideoVisa : USC, GC, GC EAD, H4, L2This is hybrid from day-1Description :About the jobOperations Program ManagerIn need of an Operations Program Manager to serve as the primary point of contact between clients and customers, supporting build-to-print and sustaining operations. This role is responsible for managing sustaining engineering programs, supporting new product introductions, and driving cost reduction and continuity of supply initiatives for advanced medical devices.ResponsibilitiesAct as the main customer interface for operations programs, ensuring production schedules and purchase order coverage are maintainedPlan and execute sustaining engineering projects focused on supply continuity and cost reductionLead cross-functional coordination for monthly meetings, steering committees, and quarterly business reviewsProvide program and project management oversight for sustaining and operations initiativesSupport production, process development, and new product introduction activitiesPartner with quality, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, and finance teamsMonitor program performance, schedules, and costs to ensure customer satisfactionQualificationsBachelors degree in Engineering or OperationsFunctional experience in program managementExperience managing complex electro-mechanical products in a regulated environmentMedical device experience and familiarity with FDA regulations requiredKnowledge of ISO 13485 preferredPMP certification
