You balance big-picture thinking with operational excellence, ensuring plans are innovative, compliant and flawlessly executed.You thrive in complexity, see around corners, and consistently push work and people to the next level.What You’ll OwnStrategic Leadership & Client PartnershipServe as senior strategic lead and primary decision-maker for assigned brandsOversee development of full funnel, omnichannel strategies aligned to brand and business objectivesLead development of the annual strategic and tactical media plans grounded in audience insights, data and performance analyticsPresent recommendations, results and forward-looking strategies confidently to clients and senior stakeholdersConfidently lead high-level client presentations and planning discussionsBuild strong senior-level client relationships and act as a trusted advisorContribute meaningfully to new business efforts and agency growth InitiativesOmnichannel Planning & ExecutionOversee all aspects of plan development across endemic display, point-of-care, EMR, custom programs, video, audio, conferences, and emerging platformsProvide oversight across all channels including biddable media (SEM, social, programmatic)Ensure plans are insight-driven, performance-oriented, and integrated across channelsOversee negotiations, investment allocations, and financial stewardship across brandsEnsure accuracy in forecasting, budget tracking, reconciliation, and billingMaintain rigorous quality control and regulatory compliance standardsPerformance & InnovationEstablish measurement frameworks and KPIs tied to business outcomesLead optimization strategies and performance reviews with clients and internal teamsEvaluate new media opportunities, data partnerships, and emerging technologiesDevelop and socialize strong POVs on healthcare media trends and marketplace shiftsTeam Leadership & DevelopmentDirectly manage team members, fostering professional growth and skill developmentProvide coaching, career development guidance, and performance feedbackElevate strategic thinking across the teamFoster collaboration across planning, analytics, activation, strategy and creative teamsModel agency values: Substance, Style, Conviction, and GraceWhat You BringBachelor’s degree (Advertising/Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred)7 – 9+ years of media planning experience with strong healthcare/pharma expertiseDemonstrated experience leading multiple brands or complex accountsStrong knowledge of the healthcare media ecosystemExcellent presentation and communication skillsStrong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insightsCollaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and diplomacy skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suit; familiarity with media research, planning and reporting tools preferredExcellent presentation and client-facing communication skillsAbility to influence senior stakeholders internally and externallyThis is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.Compensation Range$70,000—$125,000 USDThis role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
