Prominent law firm is seeking a Senior Medical Malpractice Trial Attorney for their White Plains office. Ideal candidate will have prior trial experience and have 10+ years of medical malpractice and/or nursing home litigation experience.Responsibilities: Taking and defending depositions;Draft briefs, motions for summary judgment, pleadings, discovery;Prepare and examine witnesses;Participate in trial strategiesAppear in court, conferences and trialsRepresent clients at courtroom appearancesQualifications: Must be admitted in New YorkJDMust have familiarity and experience with NY Courts;Excellent research, writing and verbal communication skills required;A minimum of 10 years of experienceSalary up to 250k base + Monthly Bonuses + Comprehensive Benefits PackagePlease email resume to
