JOB DESCRIPTION: BARISTA FoJo Beans Coffee Roasters is seeking a qualified Barista – who possesses a passion for coffee – to work at our Hamilton College location, Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:30. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Execute drinks and food menu items according to protocols Lead a team of student employees with whom you will work daily Inform customers about our coffees and drinks Maintains café inventories Thoroughly perform all closing duties Keep equipment operational by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling in repairs Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work environment according to health codes QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE An understanding of espresso machines & grinders, and cafe flow A professional attitude towards hospitality.
