We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward.\n\nRole Scope\n\nExecute qualification programs: test plans run, data collected, and results documented across compute and rack hardware.\n\nOwn the test benches: builds, cabling, instrumentation, and the discipline that keeps results valid.\n\nLog and triage failures: symptoms captured cleanly, reproduced reliably, and escalated with evidence.\n\nMaintain the lab: inventory, calibration, and environments ready before the hardware arrives.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nYou've done hardware test, validation, or lab engineering hands-on.\n\nYou follow test plans exactly and flag when the plan is wrong.\n\nYour failure logs let someone else reproduce the issue.\n\nYou handle server-class hardware safely and correctly.\n\nYou keep a lab organized under heavy throughput.\n\nBonus: Linux command-line fluency.
