Job Title: Hospitality & Events Manager Company: Santa Fe Spirits Location: Santa Fe, NM Job Type: Full-time, Salaried, Exempt About Us Santa Fe Spirits is the oldest operating distillery in New Mexico, known for handcrafted spirits, immersive tasting room experiences, and deep community roots. We’re looking for a dynamic Hospitality & Events Manager to lead our guest experience and event programming. The Role The Hospitality & Events Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of our two tasting rooms while leading in-house and off-site events that reflect our brand and values. This is a hands-on hospitality leadership role that blends operations, people management, events, and guest-facing work. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of two tasting rooms Hire, train, schedule, and manage tasting room staff Plan and execute in-house events, classes, and special programs Plan and execute off-site and community events Bartend and lead distillery tours as needed Manage event logistics, including ABC permitting and compliance Partner closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging Support community outreach and partnerships Monitor performance, budgets, and profitability for tasting room operations Qualifications Experience managing hospitality teams and guest-facing operations Event planning experience, including ABC permitting Ability to read and understand P&L statements and budget reports Strong Excel skills Working knowledge of POS systems and tour booking software (or the ability to learn them quickly) Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Exceptionally reliable and dependable; this role requires someone who shows up, follows through, and can be counted on Passion for hospitality, events, and creating memorable guest experiences Schedule & Compensation Salaried, exempt position Approximately 40 hours per week Availability required for evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits & Perks Benefits package Performance-based bonus Opportunity to work with a historic New Mexico brand in a creative, guest-focused environment To Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience.
