These are ground up builds and restruants. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for construction management, exceptional leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and software tools. Join us to drive excellence in building projects while fostering a safe and productive work environment.\nDuties\nLead daily on-site activities, supervising subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project schedules.\nDevelop, update, and monitor project schedules using Raken or similar construction management software to meet deadlines efficiently\nReview blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and facilitate seamless execution of work.\nConduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets safety standards, specifications, and client expectations.\nManage project budgets by tracking costs, reviewing contracts, and coordinating with the project team to prevent overruns.\nImplement safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations; conduct safety meetings and site inspections.\nOversee project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and daily reports.\nCoordinate with project managers on procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation.\nSupervise on-site personnel ensuring proper training in construction site practices; manage subcontractor performance and resolve issues promptly.\nQualifications\nProven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising large-scale projects.\nExtensive knowledge of construction site operations, safety standards (OSHA), blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation.\nExperience in ground up building and Restruant construction.\nDemonstrated ability in project scheduling, budgeting, and managing contracts effectively.\nSupervisory experience leading diverse teams in fast-paced environments; excellent management and communication skills.\nStrong understanding of construction estimating processes and quality control procedures.
