This role is responsible for integrating data across multiple teams and systems to provide clear, accurate, and actionable insights that support transparent and continuous delivery across development, security, and operations.\r\nThis position requires knowledge of client IT processes and technology stack, including DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines, Cloud One environments, and Oracle/Java-based systems operating across classified and unclassified DISA and cloud environments.\r\nThe BI Analyst works across multiple Scrum teams and a Kanban-based Operations & Maintenance (O&M) workstream to ensure data is consolidated, validated, and translated into meaningful dashboards and reporting. This role enables visibility into delivery performance, system health, and operational trends, ensuring alignment with program priorities and mission objectives.\r\nWhat you'll do Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support program visibility and decision-making\r\nAnalyze data across systems to identify trends, risks, and performance insights\r\nCollaborate with development, DevSecOps, QA, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability\r\nIntegrate data from multiple sources (e.g., systems, pipelines, tools such as Jira) to provide end-to-end visibility\r\nSupport development of KPIs and performance metrics related to delivery, system health, and operational outcomes\r\nEnsure data is structured and presented in a way that supports self-service reporting and stakeholder access\r\nValidate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability\r\nSupport data governance practices, including data definitions, lineage, and documentation\r\nAssist in identifying opportunities to automate reporting and improve data workflows\r\nRequired Qualifications Secret – Fully Cleared Only, must confirm clearance is active\r\nDoD8140 intermediate certification or DoD8570 IAM LevelII certifications or higher\r\nUS Citizens Only\r\nBachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)\r\n5–7 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting within a technical or enterprise environment\r\nProficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, or similar)\r\nExperience working with structured data sources (e.g., SQL, relational databases)\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\r\nAbility to translate data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders\r\nExperience working in an Agile environment\r\nPreferred Qualifications Experience working with Agile development teams of 20+ FTEs and be familiar with Agile methodologies.\r\nExperience supporting DoD or Air Force systems\r\nFamiliarity with DevSecOps environments and CI/CD pipelines\r\nExperience integrating data from tools such as Jira or similar platforms\r\nKnowledge of Oracle or enterprise data platforms\r\nUnderstanding of data governance and data quality practices\r\nConcept Plus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
