In this role, you will assist customers with AV system designs, product training, commissioning, and technical support. You will also work with sales as a technical advisor for Extron product applications.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nAssist customers in developing Extron AV system designs and documentation\n\nReview AV system RFPs and develop accurate bills of material\n\nCommission advanced Extron AV solutions\n\nConduct onsite product demonstrations\n\nServe as the escalation point for onsite troubleshooting of AV systems\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred\n\n5+ years of experience developing system designs for professional A/V systems\n\nExperience conducting onsite commissioning for professional A/V systems\n\nExperience supporting and troubleshooting professional A/V system installations\n\nKnowledge of technologies used in professional A/V systems\n\nCertifications such as CTS or CTS-D, XTP-E, CompTIA Network+, or CCNA are a plus\n\nFamiliarity with AutoCAD or Visio is a plus\n\nExpertise in MS Suite—including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point—required\n\nStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills\n\nAbility to deliver concise presentations to small and large groups\n\nTravel required up to 40%\n\nCompensation\nSalary range: $110,000-$140,000.
