Your expertise will ensure the safe and efficient operation of our hotel.\n\nPrincipal Responsibilities\n\nConduct walk-throughs to assess the maintenance and operation of the hotel facility.\n\nAssign and verify completion of routine maintenance and repairs.\n\nSupervise and allocate personnel, communicate job goals and performance criteria.\n\nProvide regular updates on the condition of the building structure and equipment.\n\nAdhere to budget and purchasing policies.\n\nMaintain effective Energy Management and Preventive Maintenance programs.\n\nEssential Functions\n\nConduct walk-throughs to visually and physically assess the safe and efficient maintenance and operation of the physical structure of the hotel, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, and any other related equipment.\n\nAssigns and verifies completion of all routine maintenance on public spaces, meeting rooms, ballrooms, outlets, back of the house spaces and grounds.
