So, if you dare to challenge the comfortable… then keep reading.\n\nPrimary Platform Responsibility - DSP (Demand Side Platform)\n\nMaster the usage of demand side platforms for campaign set up, optimization, and reporting; inclusive of:\n\nAudience development: Work closely with the strategy and digital teams to develop audiences for campaigns based on client briefings, internal and external research, and partner platforms\n\nDevelop test and learn process beginning with trailer launches to identify audiences for main campaigns\n\nWork closely with the strategy and digital teams to develop audiences for campaigns based on client briefings, internal and external research, and partner platforms\n\nBulk updating of campaigns, budget management, and troubleshooting platform issues\n\nWork collaboratively with Analytics + Ad Ops teams on tagging requirements to QA performance\n\nReporting: Daily pacing and performance review to optimize within short flight windows\n\nApplying insights to put together recommendations and set up campaigns\n\nClear communication on if deadlines will not be met to manage expectations\n\nSecondary Platform Responsibility - Partner Platforms\n\nLearn and master processes and systems related to the trafficking and workflow management of programmatic campaigns.\n\nLearn and become proficient in reporting systems that support programmatic campaigns (inclusive of data, verification, analysis that comes from reporting output directly in DSP)\n\nCommunicate outwardly on partner recommendations + rationales to share feedback on partners\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s Degree Preferred\n\nInterest in auto preferred\n\nBe proactive: Show interest in constantly learning and growing\n\nBe outgoing: Lots of communication with internal teams and outside vendors required\n\nBe organized: able to work with dept head to prioritize projects across campaigns while also clearly communicating progress and project completion\n\nDetail-oriented with strong attention to follow through\n\nStrong Microsoft Office skills - especially Excel\n\nAbility to be flexible and a team member\n\nWilling to work in a fast-paced environment\n\nYearly Compensation\n$50,000 salary\n\nSalary and Benefits\nActual base salary is determined upon factors such as experience, qualifications, training, certifications, and internal equity. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
