Senior Analyst - Finance

THE POSITIONThe Senior Analyst/Associate is responsible for a wide range of tasks/responsibilities, including but not limited to: maintaining and updating the Company’s proprietary valuation platform, underwriting both individual and portfolio acquisitions alongside the acquisitions group, and interfacing with asset management and investor reporting to assist in their reporting efforts.Financial AnalysisWhat You Can Expect to DoPerform valuations of property, portfolio, and enterprise-level cash flows. Model equity waterfalls, tax-credit waterfalls, and navigate complicated debt structures. Read and understand associated legal documents to ensure fidelity of corporate model.Market AnalysisUnderstand the Affordable Housing industry and gain deep knowledge of the various programs and regulations the Company utilizes and operates under. Use large data sets to perform analyses that inform valuation and modeling.Transaction ExecutionExtract data from the corporate model and work with lenders, investors, and auditors to support corporate financing efforts.
