For more information, click here.Role Reports ToSr Manager Supply Planning EMLocation:North America, United States, New Jersey, SummitWork Location:HybridWhat You Will DoThe Supply Planning Team Lead plays a critical role in delivering key Supply Chain performance metrics, including Customer Service (Unit Fill Rate), Inventory ($ and Days of Supply), and SLOB. This role provides both people leadership and functional leadership across supply planning activities, balancing tactical execution with strategic planning initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and develop Supply Planners and/or Supply Co-Ops based on evolving business needs.Coach and influence supply planners both within and outside the direct scope of responsibility to drive consistent, high-quality planning practices.Own end-to-end supply planning activities across manufacturing sites, existing products, and new product launches.Execute tactical supply planning while contributing to more strategic initiatives such as: Rough-cut capacity planning, New product introduction (NPI) processes, Organizational and process design.Optimize interactions across manufacturing, forecasting, inventory management, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to ensure alignment and performance.Partner closely with manufacturing sites to ensure supply plans are executable by monitoring capacity, component availability, and constraints.Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve product supply, capacity, and customer service risks.Advise management and cross-functional teams on current and projected product supply status for both existing portfolios and future launches.Lead or participate in special projects leveraging Six Sigma / Process Excellence methodologies to drive continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.Strategic Inventory LeadershipRepresent Supply Planning for the strategic inventory build of the suncare portfolio.Coordinate across multiple supply planners and manufacturing sites to align inventory build plans.Partner with Demand Planning to ensure alignment between demand signals and supply execution.Prepare and communicate clear inventory build status summaries to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and on-/off-track performance versus targets.Required QualificationsWhat we are looking forA minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field4-6 years of progressive hands-on experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or related specialist rolesMicrosoft Office – Intermediate to advance skill level is required. Proficiency utilizing Excel charts, pivot tables, VLOOKUP features without coaching/guidance.Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholdersProven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a process-oriented mindset and sound decision-making skillsDesired QualificationsProficiency in advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP APO) and data visualization tools to drive insightful decision-makingExceptional ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable supply chain strategiesA proactive mindset with a passion for leveraging technology and creative approaches to overcome supply chain challengesStrategic thinker with excellent communication skills to engage with local teams and senior leadership effectivelyKnowledge of quality management, compliance standards, logistics, and supply chain operationsProfessional certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, Lean, or Six Sigma preferred to demonstrate expertise in process excellenceThis position may require 10% domestic and international travel.What’s In It For YouAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$110,500.00 - $156,000.00This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.Competitive Benefit Package*Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesKenvuer Impact NetworksThis list could vary based on location/regionNote: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
