About the jobA hands-on, steady HR Generalist who is ready to step into a leadership role or is already operating at a junior HR Manager level. Description Oversee day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and compliance (TWC/EEOC, etc.)Review and ensure accuracy of payroll processed through a third-party providerMaintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsAct as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions or concernsAssist with performance management processes, documentation, and employee communicationsSupport internal audits, reporting, and file maintenance in line with established company policiesContribute to ongoing improvement of HR processes and internal service delivery ProfileBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (REQUIRED)Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience with hands-on exposure to payroll, benefits, and employee relationsPrior supervisory or team lead experience in HR is strongly preferredExperience using HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, HRO, or similar platforms)Familiarity with multi-family property management or real estate industry is a plusComfortable working in a fully in-office role, Monday through Friday
