team.\r\nSupport recruiting, onboarding, staffing, professional development, and succession planning in collaboration with company leadership.\r\nEnsure compliance with company and contract requirements, standards, and policies.\r\nSupport contract planning, financial management, labor forecasting, and staffing.\r\nAssist company leadership in identifying follow-on research opportunities and supporting proposal development.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in engineering, management, organizational psychology, operations research, computer science, business administration, military science, or a related discipline.\r\n10+ years of progressively responsible experience leading DoD programs, research efforts, or operational initiatives.\r\n5+ years of experience managing complex government projects.\r\nMilitary experience supporting operational headquarters, air mobility operations, operational planning, command and control, or related DOD mission areas\r\nExperience supporting Air Mobility Command or USTRANSCOM\r\nExperience supervising multidisciplinary teams across technical and operational disciplines.\r\nExperience managing program cost, schedule, staffing, and risk.\r\nOutstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\r\nAbility to build productive relationships with senior military officers, government civilians, and contractor teammates.\r\nStrong organizational, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.\r\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.\r\nDesired Qualifications\r\nExperience
