Motorcycle Sales Manager

Looking for a high energy Bike Sales Manager at IndyWest Harley-Davidson. Join Indiana's largest Harley-Davidson dealer group! Responsibilities 1) Sales Department Operations · Looking for a closer with a can-do attitude and competitive spirit to be #1 and to develop a team of Salespeople to drive results! · Oversee and manage all operations of new and pre-owned motorcycle sales. · Ensure Sales Department contributes agreed upon goals for vehicle gross and net profit. · Ensure Sales personnel are well trained, motivated and effective. · Determine sales quotas for Sales Personnel. · Oversee sales, trade-ins and delivery of all new and used vehicles. · Initiate and maintain an inventory control system along with net profit objectives. · Become familiar and efficient with all phases of the Talon DMS system. 2) Customer Service · Provide prompt, dependable, high quality vehicle sales to customers by using current pro-active feature benefit sales techniques. · Ensure customers are properly qualified for needs, wants and ability to buy. · Institute a feature / benefit selling methodology so that all customers receive consistent treatment when doing business. · Ensure cross sales of P&A, financing, general merchandise, warranties, insurance products and services. · Develop and ensure use of a common and consistent quotation methodology for vehicle sales, trade-ins and purchases. · Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and demonstrate our commitment to “Make Things Right”. 3) Management · Maintain sales follow‑up programs. · Maintain budgeted revenue and expense objectives. · Provide reports to the General Manager, as requested. · Develop monthly and annual objectives for the department in collaboration with General Manager. 4) Other Duties · Motorcycle Endorsement and ability to ride is required. · Harley-Davidson experience is preferred. **Salary plus bonus and commission commiserate with experience** Annual compensation $80,000 - $125,000++ Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Paid training Vision insurance Work Location: In person
