At Invictus Surgical, we are dedicated to our people and supporting the impact they can make toward the Arthrex mission of "helping surgeons treat their patients better".Reports to: Territory Sales ManagerCompensation & BenefitsWage Scale/Salary Range: $70,000 $100,000 per year.Other Compensation: This position is eligible for commissions based on net sales performance in the assigned territory. It may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses or performance-based incentives.General Description of Benefits:Health & Wellness: Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement: 401(k)Paid Time Off: 10 days of vacation during year one, flexible paid time off starting in year two, and sick leave accrued at a rate of 1 hour per 40 hours worked.Other Fringe Benefits: Life insurance, disability insurance, and professional development opportunities.Key Job Objectives & Results (KPIs)Objective #1: Sell Arthrex product to achieve territory sales goalsTarget new HCP/Admin customers, upgrade opportunities and current customer expansion opportunitiesDevelop sales strategy and prepare/rehearse for sales activity with TSM/PSMConduct office/clinic based sales calls, lunches, dinners, local labs, product demos, in-services and other sales activities with HCP/Administrative CustomersUtilize and Maintain CRM to track opportunity progress, wins or lossesSell Arthrex educational courses and drive customer attendance to Arthrex courses and Single Day LabsAsk for the BusinessObjective #2: Provide excellent customer service to every customer in territoryBehave and Communicate (written and verbal) in a professional and respectful manner when interacting with team and customersDemonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence and situational awareness when interacting with team and customersPursue the highest degree of understanding of Arthrex products, relevant clinical information associated with Arthrex products and how they compare to competitive productsBe present and positively engaged while supporting procedures and case coverageUnderstand and Exceed Customer expectations for communication, inventory management, delivery/retrieval of product, and billing to include prompt PO acquisitionObjective #3: Support territory logistics and operations to effectively manage inventoryUnderstand and utilize agency inventory management resourcesAcquire complete understanding of assets available in territory office and accountsEnsure product/sets are delivered and retrieved in their entirety with all components accounted forMaintain territory office inventory par levels and ensure sets are restocked in a timely fashionPromptly ship available requested sets to requesting Invictus territoriesObtain clear understanding of ordering process of tissue products from tissue partnersObtain clear understanding of ordering and return process for loaner sets from ArthrexObjective #4: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunitiesAttend requisite training and development programs offered by Arthrex/Invictus SurgicalParticipate in ongoing performance refinement activitiesRequirements & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's Degree preferredDriver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this position as traveling to various clinics, offices, and hospitals within the territory is an essential job function.Background Check: Successful completion of a background check and credentialing process for hospital access.
