This role ensures inventory is properly managed, orders are picked and packed according to company standards, and shipments are completed on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.\r\nDuties and Responsibilities\r\nVerify order accuracy against customer requirements, including product configuration, labeling, and documentation prior to shipment\r\nGenerate and review shipping documentation (packing slips, labels, commercial invoices, export documentation if applicable)\r\nInventory Management\r\nInvestigate inventory discrepancies and support root cause analysis and corrective actions\r\nMonitor inventory levels and communicate shortages, replenishment needs, or excess inventory risks to Operations/Planning teams\r\nSupport quarantine, non-conforming material handling, and disposition processes\r\nRegulatory Compliance & Documentation\r\nEnsure labeling, packaging, and shipping documentation meet regulatory and customer-specific requirements\r\nAssist with CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) activities related to fulfillment or inventory issues\r\nWarehouse & Safety\r\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment\r\nFollow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures\r\nOperate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, barcode scanners) safely and responsibly\r\nAdditional Operation Department tasks, as assigned.\r\nSystems & Data Integrity\r\nEnsure accurate and compliant use of Inventory Management / ERP systems for all transactions\r\nSupport system improvements, testing, or implementation of new tools and processes\r\nCross-Functional Collaboration\r\nCommunicate status of urgent or high-priority orders to internal stakeholders\r\nSupport new product launches, field actions, or special fulfillment projects\r\nIdentify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance\r\nParticipate in Lean, 5S, or other operational excellence initiatives\r\nHelp develop and update SOPs and work instructions\r\nPerformance & Accountability\r\nEscalate risks or issues that could impact delivery, compliance, or customer satisfaction\r\nTake ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion with minimal supervision\r\nRequired Experience/Skills\r\nMinimum 2 years of experience in a fulfillment or inventory role, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment\r\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs precisely\r\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods\r\nExcellent communication and organizational skills\r\nHave basic knowledge of Microsoft products\r\nAbility to manage priorities and workload with general schedule of work, instruction and standardized processes\r\nHave self-direction with strong results-oriented attitude\r\nNice-to-Haves\r\nData Entry Accuracy\r\nProcess-oriented thinking\r\nTeam collaboration\r\nReliability and punctuality\r\nProblem-solving under pressure\r\nAdaptability to changing priorities\r\nEducation\r\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred\r\nPay & Benefits Summary (once full-time)\r\n$26.44/hr\r\nMedical Vision and Dental Insurance Available\r\n401K- discretionary 2.5% employer match\r\nBasic/Voluntary Term Life Insurance\r\nLong Term Disability\r\nHSA Accounts\r\nPTO Years 1 and 2, 15 days, Year 3 onwards 20 days\r\n12 paid public holidays\r\nThis role is temp to perm.
