Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and versatile General Construction Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience across various aspects of construction, including framing, carpentry, masonry, roofing, and finishing work. This role involves working on diverse projects that require a strong minded people. Duties Perform a wide range of construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, and flooring installation. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks. Assist with plumbing, electrical work, caulking, plastering, and other specialized trades as needed. Fabricate and install cabinetry, glass panels, doors, trim carpentry, stucco finishes, and hardscape elements. Conduct construction inspection to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Perform demolition and restoration work as necessary for remodeling or renovation projects. Maintain a clean and organized work site to promote safety and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Proven experience in general construction with knowledge of multiple trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, and flooring. Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely. Strong understanding of construction management principles including estimating and site supervision is desirable. Knowledge of concrete finishing, plastering, stucco application, tile laying, cabinet installation, glass installation, door hanging, and restoration work preferred. Ability to work independently or as part of a team on diverse construction projects. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of construction work. Physical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
