Managing Behavior Analysts are driven to provide clinically excellent services to their clients and their families, while promoting the clinical and professional development of the program managers and technicians assigned to their teams.\n\nSee why joining our team could be the perfect fit for you: https://youtu.be/ehqCfFFy21M\n\nResponsibilities:\nProvide clinical direction to program managers and technicians for assigned clients\nDeliver protocol modification, assessment and family treatment guidance for assigned clients\nEnsure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability\nComplete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings\nProvide clinical and professional feedback to staff\nDocument services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies\nCollaborate with Clinical Director regarding assignment of BAs to BT teams\nReport clinical and scheduling concerns promptly\nAdhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten\nComplete other tasks as assigned by supervisor\nQualifications:\nBoard Certified Behavior Analyst certification/MA Licensure Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA)\nValid Driver’s license\nYour own reliable transportation\nExpected to travel up to (1) hour from your regional office to provide services to clients\nWith training, performs appropriate physical management as needed to ensure client safety\nWorks independently as well as in a team environment with colleagues and supervisors\nCommunicates well in both verbal and written forms\nCollaborates well with others\nHelps resolve conflicts when they arise and conducts oneself in a professional manner\nExcellent problem-solving skills\nExperience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities\nRequired to push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs.\nMust be able to walk, stand and sit for long periods of time\nMust have the ability to react quickly to the motion of clients and objects\nRequired at times to reach up, stoop, kneel, balance, crouch or crawl\nThere may be times when you will need to exert control of clients within the guidelines of ABA\nWhat We Offer You:\nBCI offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including health, dental, and disability insurance\nDependent Care Flexible Spending\n401k (with up to a 4% match)\nFlexible schedules\nAmazing growth opportunities within the company\nWe strive to be the best in our profession.
