As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their dining experience starts off on a positive note. Your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.\nResponsibilities:\n- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their designated tables\n- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials\n- Manage waitlists and ensure timely seating of guests\n- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station and waiting area\n- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations\n- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when needed\n-bussing and resetting tables for the next guest\nRequirements:\n- Previous experience using POS software or similar restaurant management software is preferred\n- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service\n- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail\n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n- Professional customer etiquette\n- Ability to work well in a team setting\n- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed or required\nJoining our team as a Host/Hostess offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic restaurant environment where you can enhance your customer service skills while being part of a supportive team.
