Founded over 140 years ago in Sweden, DeLaval employs approximately 4,000 people and operates in more than 100 markets worldwide as part of the Tetra Laval Group, alongside Tetra Pak and Sidel.About the RoleIn this role, you will support day-to-day cost accounting, operational reporting, and business controlling activities for our Americas Supply Chain operations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, analyze performance, and help translate data into actionable insights that improve manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics performance.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Supply Chain managers to analyze and improve financial performance across factories, warehouses, and support operationsMaintain accurate product costing, including verification of master data and calculation methodsSupport business cases and cost improvement initiativesCalculate, investigate, and follow up on production and purchasing variancesSupport and technically administer the cycle count processDevelop and support financial forecasting foundationsPerform data and database analysis with a strong focus on Supply Chain topicsPrepare and support reporting for manufacturing, warehousing, freight, and related areasEnsure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, internal controls, and company policiesSupport internal and external audit requests related to Supply ChainIdentify opportunities for process improvements and help implement sustainable solutionsHandle sensitive financial and business information with discretion and confidentialityWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)2-3 years of experience in finance and accountingStrong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skillsExperience working with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred)Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI or Copilot experience is a plusHigh attention to detail with the ability to analyze large datasetsStrong communication skills and the ability to partner with business stakeholdersAbility to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environmentComfort working primarily in an office-based environmentEnglish fluency required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plusManufacturing, cost accounting, multinational, or multi-currency experience is a plusTravelUp to 5% travel, primarily within the United States with occasional international travel.What to expectAt DeLaval, you'll be part of a global organization with a strong purpose and a collaborative, performance-driven culture.
