Precise Tool offers competitive pay, benefits and advancement opportunities.\nPrecise Tool & Manufacturing Inc. is currently recruiting for VTL Setup Operators.\n$5,000 - Sign-On Bonus Offered to Skilled VTL Setup Operators\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\nRequirements of this position include, but are not limited to:\nSet-up and run Toshiba Vertical Turning Centers.\nSet-up and program on the Fanuc control and proving out first pieces.\nSelect, inspect and set up tools to ensure quality production.\nInspect and dimensionally check production to ensure manufacturing requirements are met.\nUtilizing properly calibrated measuring instruments to perform in-process inspection.\nPerform routine operator maintenance and operational checks on tools and equipment.\nMaintain work area, tools and equipment in a neat and orderly fashion.\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES\nMinimum 8 years of experience.\nMust have some experience working with parts from 60\" up to 218\" diameter.\nMust have experience on CNC machines and be familiar with GD&T.\nMust be able to interpret and implement blueprint specifications.\nJOB BENEFITS\nVacation\nSick Days\nHolidays\nHealth Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\nLife Insurance\n401(k) Plan\nAccording to the New York Pay Transparency law, pay range for this job is $25.00 - $35.00 / hour.
