Position Summary Provide instruction for group and/or private lessons within one of the following sports and wellness programs at the Ritchie Center: Learn to Swim; Learn Gymnastics; Learn to Skate; Learn to Play Hockey; Learn to Play Basketball; Learn to Play Lacrosse or Learn to Play Soccer; group fitness classes; and safety certification courses such as CPR/First Aid/AED and Lifeguarding.

Technical and professional police knowledge, including: knowledge of federal, state, local, and University laws, rules, regulations, procedures and processes; law enforcement information systems; incident management systems; investigative principles and procedures; court decisions that relate to policing; criminal laws and procedures; and on-going interrelated knowledge in the areas of firearms, first aid, CPR hazardous materials, chemical weapons, etc.

Required Licensures / Certifications / RegistrationsThe staff Perfusionist must be certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion and licensed by the State of Texas to Perform Clinical Perfusion within 2 years from date of hire to UMC. Maintain current CPR certification.
