Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How You'll Make An Impact In This RoleDesigning Personal Recovery Paths: You'll conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments, translating complex clinical data into a dynamic, evolving plan of care.Delivering Hands-On Excellence: Using evidence-based techniques, you will provide direct therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's unique physiological and emotional needs.Empowering Families: Recovery doesn't happen in a vacuum. You'll partner closely with patients and their families, ensuring they are educated, involved, and confident in the plan of care.Leading The Care Team: You will serve as a clinical mentor, overseeing the activities of PTAs, students, and support staff to maintain our high standard of collaborative excellence.What Minimum Requirements You'll NeedLicensure/Certification/Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Examining Board prior to hire date or job transfer date required.Education:Bachelor's degree required.
