We opened in 2016 and have a proven track record for success.\nVoted Best Burger 7 years in a row & Best Restaurant for 3 years in a row.\nWe're known for being an employer of choice, with a low turnover rate.\nThe Position:\nWe’re looking for friendly faces to serve our guests.\nThe Location:\nWe are located in Historic Downtown Dickson, TN at the end of South Main Street.\nWe Offer:\nA positive work culture\nFree shift meals\nBenefits for full time employees\nResponsibilities:\n- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner\n- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly\n- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner\n- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries\n- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales\n- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders\n- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately\n- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area\nSkills:\n- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service\n- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations\n- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations\n- Sales skills to effectively upsell menu items and increase revenue\n- Experience using POS or similar point-of-sale systems\n- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service\n- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and payment processing\n- Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures\n- Strong interpersonal skills for positive guest relations\nRequirements:\n- Must possess current ABC license\nNote: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
