(including short/long-term disability, life insurance and accidental coverage)\nCareer development.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nIn this role you will be responsible for transporting design furniture, artwork and other merchandise to our operating locations.\nThere is no loading/offloading involved in this role.\nMust be available for a flexible schedule which may include nights and weekends.\n\nEssential Functions:\nResponsible for safely operating trucks/oversized vehicles with a capacity of 3 tons or more.\nTransports cargo, materials, furniture, or artwork in accordance with Health & Safety procedures.\nMaintains/logs record of materials and products transported\nMaintains telephone contact with base supervisor to receive instructions or be dispatched to new locations.\nResponsible for the pre-trip and post-trip inspection and reporting maintenance matters to management for remedy.\nRecords and maintains truck log according to state and federal regulations.\nResponsible maintaining knowledge of and complying with City, State, and Federal traffic regulations.\nObtains customer signature and ensures documentation is completed in accordance with company standard.\nOther duties assigned by management.\nAll candidates must be enthusiastic and hardworking with a clean cut, well-groomed appearance.\n\nDriver Requirements:\nMust qualify for 1-year Medical Certification.\nMust have a clean driving record.\nLast 3 years of work history must be verifiable.\nMust be at least of legal age.
