This is a long-term contract opportunity for an engineer who is early to mid-career and looking to grow within a dynamic energy and infrastructure environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting electrical projects within industrial or energy-related settings. This role will support ongoing electrical engineering initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport electrical engineering activities for infrastructure and energy-related projects.Assist in the design, planning, and execution of electrical systems and components.Collaborate with engineering teams, project managers, and field personnel to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.Review electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.Provide technical input for electrical project planning, installation, and commissioning activities.Ensure adherence to applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations.Support troubleshooting and resolution of electrical system issues as needed.Education RequirementsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldRequired Experience2–6 years of electrical engineering experience supporting industrial, infrastructure, or energy projectsExperience working on electrical project work within large-scale facilities or operationsRequired SkillsStrong understanding of electrical systems, equipment, and engineering principlesAbility to work collaboratively in a project-based environmentPreferred SkillsExperience within oil & gas, utilities, or energy infrastructure environmentsPower plant experience is highly desirableExperience working with electrical systems in large industrial or processing facilitiesBenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout GTTGTT is a minority-owned staffing firm and a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation, a Native American-owned company in Alaska.
