Job Description Job Description Company: Indiana Technical Service Location: Seymour, IN (Field-Based). Serving areas between Louisville, Kentucky and Indianapolis, Indiana — candidates located in or between these areas are strongly preferred Job Title: HVAC / Refrigeration Technician Compensation: Pay: $25-$35/hour (DOE) + Overtime Available Benefits Medical insurance paid 100% for employee Vision and Dental ($10-$30/month depending on family coverage) Two weeks paid vacation per year 3 PTO days per year 8 paid holidays Retirement plan with partial match after one year Paid manufacturer certification training (HVAC and refrigeration systems) Ongoing technical training and skill development Position Overview Indiana Technical Service is seeking a skilled HVAC / Refrigeration Technician to install, service, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. This is a field-based role supporting customers across southern Indiana and the Louisville/Indianapolis corridor. This position offers ongoing manufacturer certification training to help you grow your skills and earning potential.
