The IT Technical Project Manager is responsible for driving technical delivery, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology execution.\r\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\r\nIncludes the following duties (others may be assigned):\r\nProgram & Project Delivery\r\nLead end-to-end technical delivery for programs spanning merchandising systems, store operations platforms, and enterprise data environments\r\nDevelop project plans, milestones, timelines, and delivery roadmaps for complex cross-functional initiatives\r\nBreak down large-scale initiatives into manageable workstreams and actionable deliverables\r\nManage dependencies, risks, resource coordination, and execution trade-offs across multiple systems and teams\r\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives\r\nRetail Domain & Business Partnership\r\nServe as a key technology partner for retail merchandising and store operations initiatives\r\nSupport systems and processes related to\r\no Merchandising lifecycle management (item setup, cost, retail pricing, margins)\r\no Promotions and pricing systems\r\no Store operations and execution platforms\r\no Vendor, supply chain, and product data management\r\nTranslate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams\r\nPartner closely with Operations, Merchandising, Finance, and IT stakeholders to support strategic initiatives\r\nData Platforms & Technical Enablement\r\nLead projects involving enterprise data platforms, integrations, and analytics solutions\r\nSupport initiatives related to\r\no Data ingestion, integration, and pipeline management\r\no Reporting, analytics, and operational dashboards\r\no Master data management for items, vendors, stores, and operational data\r\nCollaborate with architects, engineers, and data teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions\r\nCommunicate technical dependencies, risks, and trade-offs effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\r\nOffshore Team Coordination\r\nProvide day-to-day coordination and leadership for offshore development and data teams\r\nDefine priorities, scope, acceptance criteria, and delivery expectations for offshore resources\r\nFacilitate daily stand-ups, issue resolution, and progress tracking across distributed teams and time zones\r\nDrive accountability, quality, and predictable delivery across internal and external resources\r\nAgile Delivery & Execution Excellence\r\nLead Agile project management activities, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement\r\nMonitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables\r\nIdentify execution bottlenecks proactively and drive timely resolution\r\nSupport continuous improvement in delivery methodologies, tools, and processes\r\nStakeholder Communication & Reporting\r\nProvide regular updates on project status, milestones, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and stakeholders\r\nTranslate technical concepts and complexities into clear business-focused communication\r\nMaintain alignment between business priorities and technical execution across multiple initiatives\r\nQualifications\r\nTo perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty\r\nsatisfactorily.
