Administration Co-ordinator - Children in Care TeamPlease note that this job does not meet the salary requirements for work visa sponsorship and as such we will be unable to progress your application if you do not have the right to work in the UK.An opportunity has arisen for an administrator to provide a single point of contact for Initial related communication, for children and their families, health care professionals, local authorities and other stakeholders.Supporting the initial LAC process from referral, appointment, to submission of reports.Also supporting the Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust - LAC service/Community Paediatricians and it's partners to meet their statutory responsibilities to see children and young people for an Initial Health Assessment within 28 days of placement in area.Please note this vacancy may close early if a high volume of applications is received, we advise you submit your application early to avoid disappointment.Main duties of the jobTo be the central point of contact and dissemination for Initial LAC related information.To process and co-ordinate all Initial LAC referrals.To type and distribute Initial LAC reports from the Community Paediatricians.Scanning and uploading of dMaintaining service data quality and providing feedback to the team and team leader to facilitate excellent quality of dataTo assist in making appointments when required.To ensure all clinicians have access to up-to-date information to support Initial LAC processes.To prioritise workload efficiently, identifying and resolving issues where necessary and escalating concerns appropriatelyTo provide, monitor and manage routine accurate information on LAC compliance against statutory targets.To undertake audits in relation to LAC dataAbout usShropshire Community Health NHS Trust provides community-based health services for adults and children in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin, and some services in surrounding areas too.
