The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Client Care Specialist to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Manfield, MA. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote position.\nResponsibilities:\nProcesses client’s payrolls (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly) and in an accurate and timely fashion, maintains client folders, reviews, and verifies client new employee packets\nWorks with clients to run special off cycle payrolls\nPromptly responds to client inquiries via telephone and email regarding payroll and benefits administration to answer and resolve any and all questions and concerns that arise and if need be, escalate questions to the Senior Client Account Manager or Manager of the Client Services Team\nProvides timely and accurate coordination of benefits plans to include enrollments, invoice reconciliation, terminations, Flex Benefits, COBRA compliance, and open enrollment notification\nMaintains the electronic files for our clients, on the firm’s internal hard drive\nPerforms data entry and maintenance of all client information into ADP payroll systems including General Ledger and Paid Time Off\nCoordinates the entry of benefit administration data on carriers’ websites\nEnsures procedures are done in compliance with firms HIPPA policy\nEnter work into internal tracking system\nCoordinates with the Benefits Department on client benefits including open enrollments, renewals, changes, and terminations for benefits programs including medical, life, dental, disability, and 401k\nPrepares various payroll, benefits, and other reports as requested\nContinues to educate oneself on new aspects and areas of compliance in payroll, benefits and human resources as the opportunity arises\nWork on special projects for clients if needed\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree preferred, though specific experience can be substituted for required degree\nExperience with ADP Workforce Now is highly preferred\nAt least five (5) years’ experience in payroll processing\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential task satisfactorily\nExcellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, strong administrative and analytical skills.\nReliable with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity\nStrong analytical skills and problem solving\nThrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt at prioritizing responsibilities and tasks to effectively meet deadlines\nPersonable, a good listener and can effectively communicate with all staff and client types through both written and verbal means\nWorks efficiently both independently and as a member of a larger team\nWilling and flexible to help with any urgent issues that happen to arise at the company, even if they are outside the immediate scope of the role\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as employment legislation, policies, agreements operating procedures, quality control procedures, and instructions\nAbility to speak effectively in one-on-one conversations and before groups\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out written and verbal instructions\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with people at all levels of the organization and excellent stakeholder management skills\nBenefits:\nCompany Paid Life Insurance, Long-Term and Short-Term Disability.\nMedical, Dental, Vision and FSA/HSA plans.\n401(k) with company match.\nAdditional voluntary benefits including Critical Illness, Accident Insurance, Hospital Indemnity and Supplemental Life Insurance, Legal and Identity Protection, and Pet benefits.\nGenerous PTO.\nAn awesome team of professionals!\n\nThe Hilb Group is an equal opportunity employer, and we actively support and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws prohibiting all forms of discrimination in employment.
