This role is accountable for building andoperatingreliable data pipelines that ingest, normalize, and version data in support of downstream workflows, reporting, and client experience.\r\nThis role is ideal for a delivery-oriented leader with deep T-SQLexpertiseand strong ETL fundamentals who can drive disciplined estimation, execution, and operational maturity for mission-critical integrations.\r\nWhat You'll Be Doing Lead and mentor engineers responsible for data integrations and warehouse-quality data pipelines.\r\nOwn end-to-end technical delivery for Integrations work, from scoping and estimation through production support.\r\nDesign and evolve ETL/ELT pipelines for loading, normalizing, and versioning data acrossSolvas, Middle Office, and the Portal.\r\nEstablish standards for data consistency, concurrency control, and integrity (transactions, isolation levels, idempotency, reconciliation).\r\nDefine and enforce data quality controls: validation, audit trails, lineage, and exception handling.\r\nDrive performance tuning across SQL Server objects (stored procedures, functions, indexing strategies, partitioning) used by pipelines and consumers.\r\nPartner with product, operations, and client-facing teams to translate integration requirements into executable delivery plans and SLAs.\r\nBuild operational readiness: monitoring/alerting, runbooks, incident response, and continuous improvement for integration reliability.\r\nEvaluate and apply modern data platform patterns and tooling (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, CDC/streaming) where they improve scalability or resiliency.\r\nLeverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate development, improve test coverage, and reduce cycle time without sacrificing correctness.\r\nWhat You'll Bring 8+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership of delivery teams.\r\nPrior experience in consulting or professional services environments with direct accountability for delivery outcomes.\r\nDemonstrated ownership of estimation accuracy, scheduling, and delivery commitments.\r\nAdvanced T-SQL skills with strong experience in data modeling, transformation, and performance tuning.\r\nExperience building data-centric solutions, dashboards, and reporting systems.\r\nSolid understanding of modern software development practices, architectures, and integration patterns.\r\nExperience designing or supporting integrations with third-party or client-owned systems, including APIs, data feeds, cloud data platforms, or enterprise tools.\r\nPractical experience applying AI tools or techniques within engineering workflows or solution delivery.\r\nExperience with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar cloud data platforms.\r\nFinancial services experience (structured finance, loan operations, middle office data workflows).\r\nExperience implementing data observability practices (freshness checks, anomaly detection, automated reconciliation).\r\nMust have current and ongoing authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.\r\nWhat We Offer At Siepe, wedon'tjust hire talent, we build performance-driven teams empowered bytransparency, curiosity, and continuous growth.
