This role involves working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive design and technical solutions on a variety of large-scale commercial projects. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to take on increased responsibility within a team-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and integrate architectural and consultant construction documents, including markups, detail reviews, quality assurance/quality control processes, and consultant collaborationDevelop creative and functional design solutions aligned with project goals and constraintsTranslate design concepts into visual representations and technical documentationPrepare and finalize construction documents and detailed technical solutionsSupport the development and management of project schedulesPresent technical design solutions to clients and project stakeholdersAssist in guiding project team members by leveraging strengths and providing mentorshipWork collaboratively with project leadership to resolve conflicts between design intent, technical requirements, and project objectivesApply industry standards, building codes, and best practices to all phases of the projectDemonstrate knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and timelinesStay informed on emerging technologies, materials, and regulatory requirementsParticipate in client presentations and project meetingsSupport client relationship management and project communicationQualificationsBachelor's or professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program or equivalent experienceMinimum of 4 years of experience in commercial architectureExperience working on large-scale commercial projects or supporting large, multidisciplinary teams requiredProfessional licensure or progress toward licensure preferredStrong commitment to quality assurance and quality control standardsSolid understanding of construction documentation and drawing set organizationKnowledge of building systems, detailing, and constructability principlesAbility to collaborate effectively across diverse project teams and contribute to team leadershipExperience supporting client interactions, presentations, and project deliveryStrengths in conceptual design, planning, and technical developmentExcellent communication, organizational, and presentation skillsProficiency in Revit strongly preferred; familiarity with other 3D modeling tools is a plusAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience across all phases of design documentation, construction administration, and consultant coordinationStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesFlexible and adaptable mindsetWork EnvironmentThis is a full-time, on-site position requiring attendance at the designated office location during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
