Find your future with us.\n\nThe Boeing Systems Safety & Environmental Engineering (SS&EE) team is looking for a Senior Multi Skill Engineering Manager to join the team in one of the following locations: Everett, WA, Oklahoma City, OK, San Antonio, TX or Tukwila, WA\n\nThe person in this role will be the leader of the overall successful implementation of the Mission Assurance (MA) and System Safety (SS) Engineering skill set, along with training programs, processes & procedures, and safety related duties across all of the BDS Businesses/Divisions consistent with Enterprise Safety & Mission Assurance & Safety Management System processes and tools. This position is responsible for a collaborative relationship ensuring commitment to integrate and support enterprise safety goals while successfully executing the MA & SS scope on programs. This role includes supporting a healthy Boeing Defense & Security (BDS) MA & SS community which currently includes a large number of BDS safety & mission assurance engineering members.\n\nPrimary responsibilities:\n\nCo-leads Flight Test Mission Assurance Readiness reviews\nPerforms/Leads Technical Independent Reviews\nPerforms/Leads Root Cause Corrective Action efforts\nCoordinates Mission Assurance activities with the Division Chief Engineer, MS&B Engineering Leadership Team, and Program Chief Engineers\nCo-Chairs Division Safety Review Board\nSupports BDS Chief Engineer Safety Review Board\nSupports BDS CEO Safety Review Board\nManages system safety engineers supporting MS&B programs\nFulfills MS&B staffing needs for System Safety engineers\nPromotes and executes Safety Management System four pillars.\nEnsures safety escalation reporting and evaluation timelines are met\nEnsures the timely investigation and reporting for Notices of Escapement impact on Safety of Flight\n\nWork Authorization:\n\nThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Everett, WA, Oklahoma City, OK, San Antonio, TX, or Tukwila, WA.
