Success is defined by strong client engagement through thorough onboarding, tailored training, and attentive support, increased consistency and scalability driven by well-defined inputs, repeatable workflows, and reliable QA, ownership of larger, more complex accounts with confident stakeholder communication, and delivery of positive impact on timelines and overall quality through process efficiencies and continuous improvement.\r\nThe MUST Haves (7+) years of experience in quantitative market research surveys, focusing on data processing, analysis, and visualization.\r\nProficiency in understanding and manipulating raw survey data.\r\nAbility to translate client research questions into clear data tables, charts, and dashboards.\r\nDemonstrated ability to manage project workstreams and meet client objectives in time-sensitive environments.\r\nStrong autonomy and ownership mindset; able to lead larger, more complex projects with increased decision-making responsibility.\r\nExcellent teamwork skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.\r\nEffective communication skills, both verbal and written, comfortable in various settings.\r\nStrong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.\r\nProactive in learning and applying new ideas and techniques.\r\nThe Nice to Haves Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.\r\nExperience with Forsta Visualization (Dapresy) and other survey data analysis tools like SPSS, Q/DisplayR, Crunch.IO.\r\nFamiliarity with survey programming platforms such as Decipher, Qualtrics, Ask Suzy.\r\nSome knowledge of generative AI technologies, such as ChatGPT.\r\nPay Transparency The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience within the job, the type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location.
