This individual will serve as a member of a team that is responsible for the implementation, development, and support of internal business applications including Dynamics AX and all EDI platforms.\nEssential Duties, Responsibilities and Key Results Area:\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and deliver effective solutions.\nDevelop, test, maintain and update solutions.\nParticipate in Tempur Sealy upgrade projects and new enhancement requests.\nWork with Multiple Value-Added Networks (VANS) for EDI maintenance, support, and onboarding of new EDI partners.\nWork with EDI trading partners through onboarding, training, and support.\nImprove EDI document flow and processes.\nMeet deadlines for individual and team projects.\nMaintain technical documentation and source control related to project design and implementation.\nSet up communications protocols and update certification as needed.\nRespond quickly to resolve application issues.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWil need to rotate and work an on call schedule and some hours will be outside of normal business hours\nSalary Range: $76,000 - $109,000\nTempur Sealy is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer. SOAP is a plus.\nData transformation experience with the X12 format. Experience with EDIFACT, JSON and XML files a plus.\nOperating systems skill in Windows.\nExperience with EDI assessments and recommendations to improve systems.\nManufacturing EDI experience and X12 transactions such as 810, 850, 855, and 856.\nLogistic EDI Experience and X12 transactions such as 204, 214 and 220.\nAdditional 3Pl X12 transactions such as 940,945, 846\nExperience with ERP integrations.\n2+ years EDI experience.\nTo perform this job successfully, the employee must be capable of performing each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily.
