Facility Maintenance

Job DescriptionPerforms general maintenance of building and grounds. Cleans bathrooms, kitchens, and office areas of debris/litter & trash. Cleans and sweeps floors as needed. Maintains organization and cleanliness of shop floor. Ensure cleanliness of machine and machine components; removal of chips, clean machines inside & out, coolant levels, etc. Assist as needed to perform light plumbing tasks; unclogs drains and toilets, repairs/replace leaky faucets, etc. Perform light carpentry tasks; painting, assembly of office furniture, etc. Perform demolition work, breaking down old structures and hauling materials away in preparation for renovation projects.
