This is a hands-on opportunity to support and coordinate safety initiatives throughout the facility while working closely with HR, Production, and employees across all shifts. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with time on the plant floor.\n\nWHAT YOU GET TO DO\n\nSupport day-to-day EHS activities, including documentation, records, reports, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).\nAssist with safety programs covering Hazard Communication, PPE, emergency preparedness, and fire prevention.\nConduct facility walkthroughs, safety inspections, and emergency equipment checks.\nAssist with employee incident investigations and track corrective actions through completion.\nProvide new-hire safety training and assist with ongoing safety and environmental training.\nWork with managers and employees to address safety concerns and promote a strong safety culture.\nHelp maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations.\nWHAT YOU BRING\nHigh school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.\nEHS experience may be considered in place of a degree.\nOSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nStrong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.\nDetail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.\nSpanish language skills are a plus.\n\n**Apply today for immediate consideration.
