You'll be a key part of the student success team at Eagle Rock Elementary.\n\nWho We're Looking For\nApplicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and meet one of the following: two years of postsecondary education,\nan associate's degree or higher, or a passing score on the district's reading, writing, and math assessment. A valid Oregon driver's\nlicense and reliable transportation are required. CPR/First Aid certification is encouraged. Candidates should be able to\nbuild rapport with students, follow structured instructional routines, and support the academic goals of the school.\n\nPrior experience in an educational setting is helpful but not required.
